Drew Morton has composed a number of songs, carols and anthems which are all available for public use. The compositions are broadly in two categories: songs for schools (especially Primary, though equally usable for Yrs 7-9), and carols, anthems and part-songs for choirs, which are of easy to moderate difficulty i.e. can be tackled by community or school choirs as well as more advanced ensembles.

 

They range from a wedding anthem, a reggae-style harvest song, a series of Christmas carols and a piece specially composed after the Nato Summit in 2014 called ‘Peace’.

 

Some are available in female voices as well as SATB and they’ve all been ‘road-tested’ (rehearsed / performed) so you can be assured that they’re eminently singable.

Recognising that not all teachers have piano or guitar skills, the majority of music for schools is available with an accompanying backing track.

Cost

£1 per copy up to 15 copies, 50p per copy thereafter. All copies will be provided as PDF and a midi file will be included free. If copies of individual parts are required, there will be a small surcharge for this
